Each order must be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. First, make sure to shoot a clear photo or video of the damaged product and the packaging it came in. It’s important to use good lighting and include a medium-sized object that let’s us identify and prove the issue(s). We’ll start processing your return once we receive them.

Once we’ve received the defective product and confirmed it is not functioning, the return shipping cost will be refunded. The amount refunded will equal the same amount as the original shipping fee. For example, if the return shipping cost is $25, we will refund $25 back to your customer. If our technical team determines that it is not defective, Peripheralhub will not compensate for that return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping cost without a valid RMA (return authorization) will be rejected.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we’re proud to offer a 7-day DOA guarantee.

If you find that your order arrived damaged or in a non-working state, be sure to contact our Support Center for authorization of an RMA within 7 days of receiving the order (this can also be done by emailing Peripheralhub). Once we receive the item and determine that it’s defective, we will ship out a new product without incurring any additional charges (you’ll just need to cover the cost of return shipment). If you do not want us to send out a replacement product, we’ll give you your full refund. You have total peace of mind with every purchase from Peripheralhub- we make sure it’s risk-free each time.

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-questions asked 10-day refund. 

If your order is faulty, you can send it back to us within 10 days of the product arriving. The return shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Warranty Exemptions 

Sometimes, no matter how well you care for your product, it will eventually wear out or break. It’s important to know that natural product degradation and damage are not covered by our warranty.

All refunds will be processed after they’ve been inspected by our technical team. Please check the conditions below: 

Customer pays for shipping to return the product and there is no refund if the customer returns the product after 7 days. 

How does Peripheralhub handle issues with my order? If an order is missing from a shipment, we will resend the item to our customer. We may charge express shipping fees if their request for a different delivery option. 

In the event of product misuse, any repairs and replacement parts are not covered under warranty. Shipping for both ways must be paid for by the customer.

If a product has a warranty, request a return, repair or refund. 

If there is a problem with the item you receive, please first follow our warranty process to be well prepared for any potential delays: 

We have a return/exchange policy of 30 days from the date you receive your order. If all items are in new, sold condition and with their original content, we will accept your return request. In this case please provide the following: – When was your order received? – Your full order number and product code (SKU). Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

Take clear photos or videos that show the defect; these should be taken under good lighting.

To solve your issue, you should contact our Support Centre with the number on your order and the product code. 

Please send us a clear picture of your products’ outer packaging. We need to see all shipping labels and, if applicable, the product you’ve received. 

Some possible solutions include:

 – We will resend items that are missing or defective within the warranty period. 

– If you ever receive the wrong product, we’ll either refund or replace it. You won’t need to return it to us if we’ve already sent out an alternative. Peripheralhub will decide whether you need to return it and compensate you for your shipping costs when they receive it. 

Here’s how the refund process works: 

You request a refund by clicking “Refund Request” in your Refunds menu. Please be sure to provide a reason why you’d like a refund. We’ll review your request and get back to you with the status of it. We may ask you to provide more information or we might reject your request. 

Unfortunately, our system doesn’t allow us to give actual refunds outside of our system right now. 

This next section explains how long it takes for a refund to process when you return a product.

To process a refund, the processing time is 3-6 business days from the date we receive your item. After this, refunds will depend on the payment method used. For more details please see below. 

In general, credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This depends completely on your credit card company and any intermediaries that you work with.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. 

There are no refunds, unless you contact us within 3 business days and provide proof of the billing error. In the event of a billing error, we’ll issue a refund.
